Our journey begins with a scenic flight from Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu to Paro International Airport, offering breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayan peaks. Upon landing, our representatives will welcome you and escort you to your hotel. Once refreshed, we visit the magnificent Paro Rinpung Dzong (The Fortress on a Heap of Jewels) and stop by Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest and most sacred temples, built in 638 AD. Another ultimate highlight of Paro is the iconic Taktsang Palphug Monastery (Tiger's Nest), clinging dramatically to a sheer cliffside.
The following morning, after an early breakfast, we drive toward Bhutan's capital city, Thimphu. Set in a slightly narrower valley than Paro, Thimphu offers a vibrant blend of modern life and ancient tradition. Key visits include the National Memorial Chorten and the Traditional Paper Factory, followed by free time to explore the bustling Thimphu Market. On the next day, we proceed toward Punakha, stopping at the Dochula Pass (3,100m) for lunch, where on a clear day you can enjoy panoramic views of the majestic Himalayan mountain ranges. Upon reaching Punakha, we check into our hotel and later visit architectural marvels such as Punakha Dzong and Chimi Lhakhang (The Temple of Fertility).
