General Booking term and Condition

Before booking trekking tours we should be agreed on by the following Terms & Conditions. Customers/buyer referred to as “you/your” and Nepal Kailash Trekking Pvt. Ltd. (Company) Referred to as “NKT”

1.   General Booking Terms and Conditions

1.1:  Your holiday trip booking in advance should be done by email (no phone).

1.2: NKT accepts Booking payments directly or one of our authorized partners or sale agents.

1.3 You need to pay at least 20% of your total tour cost & the remaining 80% balance is payable 60 days prior to the tour departure date.

1.4: at least 50% cost of the total cost should be a deposit or it is applicable 100% deposit the payment for Tibet & Bhutan tours

1.5: If you pay by credit card then the cost will be added 4% at top of the total amount that you are sending

1.6: even you transfer by Banking (SWIFT), the needs taken fees will be paid by you and if there is less cost deposited in NKT’s account then remaining balance will be taken in next installment (NKT will give you credit advice which given by the Bank) 

2.    Trip Cancelation

2.1:  A Cancellation charge of 10% will be charged (no refund) on the total amount of the booking charge (advance payment) if 50 days priory date of Departure.

2.2: If you cancel 40 days before the departure 50% will be charged (no refund) on the total amount of booking charge (advance payment)

2.3: If you cancel the trip 30 days before the departure 100% no refund but 40% will be active on the total amount of booking charge (advance payment) if postponed by you

2.4: Will not be refunded if you canceled the trip after seeing marketing/SHOPPING (competition priced) or whatsoever the reasons are, 100% no refund from the total amount of booking charge (advance payment)

2.5: will not refund any cost after the trip is started, whatsoever the reason

Risks: The agency will not be responsible to for any unsure loose or damage sustained as a result of any mishap to yourself or personal articles, nor can be responsible for the consequences or effects of strikes or another incidence during your journey. However, we do our best to take good care of you in order to make your journey memorable and successful, your satisfaction and happiness are our top concerned.

3.   Unforeseen circumstance

3.1: NKT  reserves  right to cancel the trip due to political distribution or natural disasters, NKT  manage you alternatively routes with the same standard region –  or make an understanding between you and

3.2: NKT will not respond in the cases needed extra cost, due to war, political, natural disaster, road blockage bad weather for the flights

4  Yours Responsibly

4.1: NKT will not be responsible, for a full travel insurance package. It is like insurance must cover all the medical expense, personal accident, emergency evacuation and the loss of gears and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects, etc.

4.2: Passport and visas issues, make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months to travel.

4.3: NKT will not be any responsible if you did an unlawful act according to the anti-law of Nepal Government or any other countries during the trip.
