It means you can take just a cup of tea or coffee at your meals time (Lunch, dinner and breakfast) with available local lodge accommodation on twin sharing basis.

4.    Everest service Trek

Everest service trek facilities are just to be provided needed trekking staffs with trekking permits. It includes also domestic airfare as well. But foreigner tourist cannot just buy trekking permits. You should hire at least one staff from the same agency where your trip arranged by. Or you can trek on yourself, except restricted regions. So, the trekking cost would be just round trip domestic airfare, permits and USD 20 per day each porter and USD 25++ per day for trekking guide (it depends on how qualified guide you want).
