Saga Dawa Festival

Tibetan Buddhists celebrate Saga Dawa, and it is an auspicious time of year. The festival celebrates the honor of Sakyamuni Buddha’s birth. Most Tibetan people are mumbling mantras by rosary in their left hand and small prayer wheel in their right hand. Buddhism pilgrims believe that their good deeds and prayer are accepted thousands of fold times more than usual.
